Welcome to Civil Creation. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before engaging with our tile fitting, flooring installation, waterproofing, or related services.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services or website.

1. Scope of Services

Civil Creation provides tile fitting, flooring installation, surface preparation, waterproofing, repair, and regrouting services in Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
All services are performed by trained professionals under the supervision of qualified experts.

Service availability and timelines may vary depending on project size, site condition, material availability, and client approval.

2. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotes are free of charge and provided after an on-site inspection.

  • Pricing is based on tile type, area size, material, and complexity of installation.

  • All estimates are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

  • Civil Creation reserves the right to revise estimates if there are changes in project scope, site conditions, or material costs.

  • There are no hidden charges; any additional work required will be discussed and approved before execution.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is required before starting the project.

  • The remaining amount must be paid upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cheque.

  • Late payments may result in work suspension or delay in project delivery.

4. Work Schedule & Completion

  • Project timelines are shared after inspection and approval.

  • Civil Creation will make every effort to complete projects on or before the committed date, barring unforeseen conditions such as weather, material delay, or client-side changes.

  • Clients are expected to provide clear access to the worksite and ensure readiness before work begins.

5. Materials & Warranty

  • We use industry-approved adhesives, grouts, and waterproofing materials for quality assurance.

  • When materials are supplied by the client, Civil Creation does not take responsibility for their performance or compatibility.

  • Civil Creation provides a workmanship warranty for all installation work (duration may vary based on project type).

  • Warranty covers only installation defects, not issues caused by improper use, external damage, or poor maintenance.

6. Modifications & Additional Work

  • Any request for additional services or design changes after project commencement will be considered as extra work and charged accordingly.

  • All such changes will require written confirmation before execution.

7. Site Conditions & Safety

  • Clients are responsible for providing a safe and accessible workspace with water and power supply.

  • Civil Creation ensures safety standards during installation but is not liable for structural defects or hidden damages at the worksite.

  • If unsafe or unsuitable conditions are found, work may be temporarily suspended until resolved.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel a project before commencement; however, any advance payments already spent on materials or labor will be non-refundable.

  • In the event of cancellation after work has begun, charges will apply for labor and materials used up to that point.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days after agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Civil Creation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or property damage beyond the work area.

  • We take all precautions, but minor dust, debris, or temporary noise during installation may occur.

  • Clients are advised to remove valuables or delicate items from the work area before project start.

10. Photography & Portfolio Rights

Civil Creation may capture photos and videos of completed work for use in marketing, portfolio, or website galleries — with client consent.
No personal or identifiable information will ever be shared publicly.

11. Privacy & Communication

All client data, including contact details, project images, and payment information, are handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By engaging our services, you consent to receive project updates, quotations, and service-related communication via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Updates to Terms

Civil Creation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The updated version will always be available on this page, with the latest revision date mentioned below.
